Shipping and handling
Shipping and handling costs are dependent on the number of items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping and handling charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.The shipping and handling costs for your order is based on the total weight of the order prior to application of any discounts or promotions.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia.
Freight charges on originals are individually calculated based on materials and customer preference. For example, some originals are available on un-stretched canvas, some mounted on timber stretcher frames and some are painted on board. When you place an order, we will discuss freight arrangements.
We operate a no-hassle returns policy. All goods may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of shipping, provided a copy of the receipt is included and the goods are in their original condition and packaging. Once items are received we will review and inspect the items and apply the appropriate credits.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).
Please allow 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Prints and T shirts
We currently aim for delivery times of Prints and T shirts within Australia from 7 – 14 days from receipt of order and payment. However as we are a petite independent artist run business with small production runs, it may take up to 21 days. We will let you know in advance if this may be the case and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please allow up to 21 days as each piece is individually hand cast in Australia upon order.
